If we were you we would go there! At our favorite “yogi masters”, our local yoga teachers. They will show you that far from clichés, yoga is in reality a whole, which includes physical postures, breathing and meditation practices.

What is yoga?

Who has never heard that yoga is the discipline for forty-something in crisis wishing to take back his body and his life in hand? A bobo sport that would make you more flexible, between two plates of Quinoa ...

Yoga is a discipline that uses different techniques to harmonize body and mind. It is not new since it has its origins in India, more than 5 years ago!
This practice is often summarized in postures such as the downward dog, the lotus, the sun salutation. But it is not.

The postures also called asanas go hand in hand with the mastery of the breath and meditation.

Yoga is a whole, which combines physical postures, breathing practices (pranayama), and meditative practices.

Asanas or postures allow the yogi to maintain a healthy body, to train and relax his muscles and joints.
Pranayama (or mastery of the breath) is all about controlling and focusing on your breathing.
Meditation is a mental practice of focusing on a thought object, emotion or sensation.

Where to practice yoga?

The expression can make you smile, but learning and practicing yoga is above all about exploring its interiority in all its complexity.

This activity cannot be practiced anywhere and with just anyone. Shall we introduce you to the best practitioners in the area? Come on, let's go, follow the guide!

This method puts the person in touch with their problems, but also their resources, beliefs and values. The patient's unconscious is expressed through a text that is written via a keyboard.

Finally, it offers educational guidance sessions to allow children and adolescents to find confidence and self-esteem. This technique is based on yoga, the Montessori method and CPA ®.
