It overlooks the Arve valley with a magnificent view of the mountains and the ski slopes of Les Carroz. This independent apartment is located in the northern part of the house and welcomes you in the greatest comfort.

Physical disability

Cars are parked near the entrance to the accommodation, in a gravel courtyard. To access the front door, you still have to cross 4 descending steps with a height of between 14 and 21cm. There is no handrail for these first 4 steps. You then have to climb 10 steps uphill, equipped with a handrail. The steps measure between 16 and 18cm for the first 8 steps and 14 for the last 2 steps, then you have to go through the two entrance doors that give access to the interior, one is 69cm wide and the other 88cm. A 4cm threshold is also to be crossed. On the ground floor, everything is on one level, without threshold or step. We find there: - The kitchen and dining room in which the kitchen worktop is 89cm high and the dining room table 73cm high - From the kitchen there is also access to the 1st bathroom with toilet. The front door is 69cm wide. The WC is at a height of 43cm, the bathroom sink at 84cm high. The room is equipped with a shower whose entrance is 69cm wide with a 13cm step. The shower measures 69x98cm. If requested, it is possible to install a booster seat in the shower to sit on. - From the kitchen, you can access the living room through an open passage 95cm wide. The living room is equipped with a sofa which can be transformed into a 46cm high single bed. The living room can be darkened with a curtain but the room has no door and is open directly to the kitchen. To go up to the 1st floor, you have to climb a staircase of 14 steps 18cm high equipped with a handrail. Attention, depending on its size you will have to bend down because a beam on the rise is rather low.On the 1st floor, a step of 13cm is present, it is between the bedroom and the second room used as living room or bedroom / bathroom / the toilets / the stairs to access the 2nd floor. The first floor consists of: - A bedroom, made up of a double bed which measures 45cm high and a 2-seater sofa bed which measures 44cm high. This bedroom is equipped with a curtain. - A living room separated from the bedroom by a door that cannot be locked with a key in which there is a 2-seater sofa bed 37cm high. This living room also has curtains to darken the room. - A bathroom composed of a shower which measures 112x130cm with a 19cm step and a 68cm wide shower entrance. If requested, it is possible to install a booster seat in the shower to sit on. The bathroom sink is 88cm high. - Toilets that light up automatically thanks to a detector. The WC door is 59cm wide and the WCs are 43cm high. To access the 2nd floor, you have to climb 11 steps 20cm high without a handrail. The second floor consists of a bedroom under the roof with 3 beds: A double bed with a height of 45cm and 2 single beds with a height of 28cm. This bedroom is equipped with curtains, it has no steps. Outside, access to the swimming pool is via the entrance doors mentioned above. You have to go down the 10 steps and then another 15cm step. There is then an inclined ramp that allows you to go to the swimming pool, it is 89cm wide.

Mental handicap

The accommodation is in a small hamlet, on a road with few cars, so there is very little traffic. The house is partly fenced. The toilets are closed with a twist lock. Either the bedrooms do not have a door, or they do not lock with a key (door separating the living room and the bedroom on the first floor). The bathroom mixer tap is simple and classic. A swimming pool is set up in the garden . When not in use, it is covered. No suitable pictogram present. The owners, nearby, will be attentive to the needs of the person.
