Departing from Cluses, reach the beautiful village of Reposoir where you can discover its Carmel. Continue your ascent to the Col de Romme, made famous by the Tour de France, then descend to Cluses via the panoramic road.
From the Espace Carpano (next to the Watchmaking Museum), take the greenway near the old bridge. It runs along the Arve and avenue Louis Rouxel. At the Mont-Blanc roundabout, take the 1st left towards Scionzier, Le Reposoir (Col de la Colombière), Nancy sur Cluses. Follow the D4 for 12km to reach the village of Le Reposoir. During this first part of the route, you take the road to the Col de la Colombière, a mythical pass that has been surveyed by the Tour de France on many occasions. To get to the Col de Romme, take the D119 at the entrance to the village of Le Reposoir. For 6km, enjoy the calm of this crossing to Romme. If the first kilometers offer a strong percentage, the following ones are softer. Once at the Col de Romme, get ready to descend to Cluses.
