With the vegetables of yesteryear, it is two permaculture enthusiasts who produce vegetables with respect for nature. Nans and Antoine defend agriculture that respects the environment and distribute their production locally.
Aux Vegetables d'Antan sells baskets of vegetables to order, to be picked up in Mont-Saxonnex on Tuesday evenings and delivered to Scionzier on Tuesdays.
Antoine and Naus also offer introductory and advanced permaculture courses, every Saturday, which takes place over one or three months (seed harvest, mulching, etc.).
