Toulouse is renowned for its sausage, a true star of gastronomy. Impossible not to think either of the Cachou invented by Léon Lajaunie, a famous pharmacist from Toulouse. For us, the Toulouse star is Ludovic Gloanec and his passion does not come from the south! He swapped his swimsuit and his flip-flops for furry boots and a chapka: his passion is the cold, the snow, the vast immaculate expanses and above all… dogs!

“Following an encounter with a musher in the Alps in 1997, I turned to sled sports and adopted Siberian huskies. Come what may, I want to live from my passion! After passing my musher diploma, I decided to create the Ubac sleds in 2005 to accompany and introduce amateurs to dog sledding and other carriage activities. »
A love of dogs
“Today, I take care of 45 adorable huskies. I pamper them every day, summer and winter. The connection with the dog, the pleasure of sliding, the silence of the forest, this freedom-loving person has made mushing my lifestyle. »
“Based on the Agy plateau, I organize dog sledding, cani-kart and cani-hiking outings. I also offer initiations to sled driving, which is quite rare. »
In addition to sharing his passion for the great outdoors, he has a gift for introducing beginners to guiding huskys. Great northern pleasure is guaranteed!
