An exemplary journey…

Hello everyone, my name is Léa Janoli, I am 22 years old, I am a Masters student and my sport is French boxing.

What is French boxing?

It is a combat sport feet / fists and which, unlike other boxing, is worked at a distance, with the tips of the feet and without touching with the elbows or the shins. It's quite technical and it's quite complete.

Sporting life and personal life, does it do it?

I won several regional titles, I also won a title of French youth champion in 2013 and this year I was vice champion of France 2nd series in combat.

I'm still studying, I'm doing a master's in marketing and I'm on a work-study program. It's a fairly steady pace between school, work and training.

The trainings are sustained: we will start with warming up with the legs, it will be the arms, then the feet, then we will see the whole thing. And then afterwards we will work a little more on the technical part, work on my faults, on my areas of improvement and all the areas on which I can adapt according to this or that opponent.

Champion, a "fist" that's all!

For the future, the goal is to continue the work we have done with Gilou, in combat, always. I still want to win the French championships. Now that we have reached the final, the goal is to win them. Afterwards, in a slightly more distant future, the goal is to be able to fight internationally, to try to get a foot in there.

This is one of my goals in this sport. The next deadline is in October. I have resumed combat training to prepare myself. I feel strong!
