What is geocaching?
Le Geocaching is an adventure that can, at any day or time, take you to amazing and beautiful places or just to a place in your city that you don't know. There are 2 million caches in the world and there is probably one near you right now. To search for them, you just need your phone. Start by creating a free account on the Geocaching application (available on theAppStore et Google Play Store), accept access to geolocation and you're good to go! Then it's very simple: you just have to choose the geocache you want to find, then navigate to its location.

How to play ?
For the Cursed Horseman, all you need to do is locate the Cursed Cavalier 01, Cursed Cavalier 02, etc. caches. when your Geocaching application is open and go looking for them in order.

Where and when can I pick up the game kit?
The play kit can be picked up at Cluses Tourist Office. Don't hesitate to click here to consult our opening hours.
Why do I need the game kit when there is already an app?
The playset contains everything you will need to enter the story and pass the tests: a playbook in which you can write down clues, a map and magical items to accompany you on your quest.
Where is the start of the game?
After collecting your game kit, go to the car park of the Lidl supermarket in Cluses, located 350 avenue de Chatillon in Cluses.
How long does the game last?
The game lasts 2h30. This does not include stops, picnic, and return time (approximately 30 min).
How is the return going?
To come back down, take the same path as on the way out.
What is the level of difficulty?
Confirmed. The puzzles are accessible to all but it is advisable to have the habit of walking for the route. The game has been tested by classes from Cluses and is therefore suitable for everyone from 7 years old.
Do I have to book?
It's not necessary. We have many game kits in stock.

An ARVI collector badge is offered on purchase of the game kit. Can all participants benefit from it?
Please note, 1 game kit purchased = 1 ARVI bag to collect in our tourist information offices. So that all participants can benefit from them, badges are on sale in our tourist information offices at a price of € 2.
I can't find a cache, what should I do?
Don't panic, you can go to the next step without any problem using the map, your smartphone and the clues on the booklet. You will never be in trouble.
Is the route suitable for strollers or people with reduced mobility?
No.
Is it possible to get water on the course?
No.
