From Les Grangettes to Tronchets: 1h05From the Grangettes car park, follow the signs towards Les Tronchets. Allow an hour's walk on a wide forest track that passes through the places called La Lanche and Praz Rôti. At the La Lanche d'en Haut crossroads, turn right to La Croix des Sept Frères via Les Tronchets (0h35). The Tronchets mountain pasture welcomes you with its chalets and cows. A very pretty panorama is offered to you on the resort of Les Carroz as well as on the Pointes Percée, d'Areu and the valley of the Arve. From Tronchets to La Croix des Sept Frères: 25 minutesOnce at the Croix des Sept Frères you will have in front of you a lovely panorama of the Giffre and Arve valleys. Continue on your way to find the Igloo restaurant (10 minutes one way). From the Croix des Sept Frères to Grangettes: 50 minutes The return is via the same route. Another route: It is possible to do the Croix des Sept frères by taking the Kédeusaz gondola. From the top of the gondola follow the direction of Pointe de Cupoire then the Croix des Sept Frères. Go back down via Les Tronchets to reach the Les Grangettes car park and return to the gondola car park.
