Enter the resort and take the direction of the Forum (heart of the resort) to discover the resort of Flaine, a veritable open-air museum of modern art. Take the Grandes Platières cable car (open July and August - €19.50 per person) and go to an altitude of 2500 meters at the top of the Grandes Platières. Follow the markings and the numbered wooden skittles.
Route
From Cluses, take the direction of Arâches/ Les Carroz then Flaine. At the Col de Pierre Carrée, dive into the station and stop at the P2 car park, near Flaine Forum. Parking is free in summer. After a 10-minute walk towards Flaine Forum, you will arrive at the departure of the Grandes Platières cable car.
