“We are the only year-round operators in the town of Nancy. This profession has been passed down from my great-grandparents. Currently, it is my father who operates. We have 80 cows, 36 of which are mostly full breed dairy cows, a few Montbéliards and two tarines for fun. The milk is transported to the Flumet cooperative. "
Female entrepreneurship
“I am at Poisy high school and I am passing my agricultural baccalaureate this year. My plan is to pursue a BTS in agricultural business management and training in manufacturing. My goal is to do a few years of salaried employment. Then I really hope to take over the farm after my father: it's important to me. Much more than a family business, it's a family passion!
And if I follow in my father's footsteps, I would also like to bring my personal touch: I would like to diversify the farm and add value to the milk on the farm by making my own cheese. "
