When looking for a quality store for our teas and coffees, one address: the Mont-Blanc roasting. We love Edith's wise advice, who selects quality products to please and have fun (yes, that's important too)!
The store opens its doors to you for a short visit…

THE valley specialist

“Hello, my name is Edith Molinier, I am 29 years old and I have been running the “la torréfaction du Mont-Blanc” shop for a little over 6 years now. It's a craft store, we specialize in the sale of exceptional teas and coffees. We have a wall with 115 tea references and we generally have 18 coffees in the shop. Afterwards, you will find a whole range of crockery items, chocolates, small accessories to accompany your favorite drinks. »

transmission of passion

“I took over an existing store. My father knew the former bosses of the shop well and he knew that they wanted to retire. The idea matured gradually, to complete my studies in commerce, and to resume a business. The idea was to do my work-study program in the shop for a year. They were able to teach me all the ins and outs of the trade and I resumed trading at the end of my work-study program. »

Quality as a key word

“For tea, I decided to work with the Damman Frères brand. It's a company that was originally family-run, which has grown today but which has kept a lot of its values, I think. I like the way they select their products, always paying attention to quality. For coffee, it is a direct treatment with the producers. This allows us to have traceability of our products and it is an incomparable guarantee of quality with regard to pesticides and the quality of the grain and it is automatically found in the cup. »

Projects that infuse...

“My idea, which I've had for a while, but which I still haven't had the opportunity to implement, is that I would like to make a tea room. In my idea, it would just be an extension of the store. For me, there is no logic in opening another space that is not attached to the store. The idea is to have our products tasted and if the customers are satisfied, they could buy them at the store. »
