Under the colors of the France team, he is constantly fighting to win the top step of the podium! Licensed at SBF (Savate Boxe Française) in Cluses, Antoine spares no effort in the ring!

From swimming ... to boxing

“Initially, I just wanted to change sports without necessarily competing, and
it was a bit by chance that I wanted to try boxing. From the first training sessions, I knew this sport was for me. This discipline calls for combativeness, instinct and highlights many important values in everyday life, including respect. That's why I love this sport so much! "

A fierce athlete!

“After spending a lot of time in training, I had the opportunity to participate in my
first competition. There was a lot of desire on my part, I really wanted to get in the ring!
Unfortunately, this first competition ended in disqualification… So frustrated, I went back to training until the following year. This time, I was for the first time, champion of France, in Narbonne. Then, I renewed my title in Boulogne-sur-Mer and, at the same time, I qualified for the world championships which took place in Budapest. »

Great rewards!

“I felt a lot of pride, really a lot. It is both an honor to
to represent his country, and even more to climb on the 1st place of the podium with the flag! I also remember realizing at that time that hard work always pays, and that
sacrifices made have been rewarded. »

Never let your guard down!

“The only recipe is work, over and over again. There are some people who are very talented in a certain area. But work will always surpass talent, and without work talent is nothing! It is also important to be humble, because there will always be someone stronger than you, or at least, things to learn or improve. "

Above all, we don't forget to work on our future!

“I am currently in final year in a high school in Toulouse. Everything is going pretty well, the systems put in place allow me to follow the lessons correctly without too much difficulty. I'm confident to get the baccalaureate! I plan to join the Army later. »
