We are 2 breeders, Héloïse and Maxence, to take care of the breeding. Our snails are born, raised and processed in Magland.
We do from the birth of the snail to processing in our approved laboratory through fattening in our outdoor parks. We produce snails all year round.

Visit to the farm from April to September (by appointment).
