La ferme de Sommier d'Aval "Les Cabrettes"

La Ferme des Cabrettes makes Savoyard goat cheese called Chevrotin, but also goat cheese and serac.
Marie-Hélène happily shows off her goat farm via a guided tour to explain the making of chevrotin. Throughout the route, we enjoy discovering the educational panels created for the occasion. The walk can be extended with a tasting of chevrotin, tomme, serac, jams... Convinced by the food with Alpine flavors, we generally leave with chevrotin, tomme or serac sold on site.
It takes about 45 minutes to walk from the Lanche car park at Le Reposoir to reach the farm.
