Declaration in town hall

The declaration of a furnished tourist accommodation and a bed and breakfast, whether classified or not, is compulsory. However, if the furnished tourist accommodation is your main residence, you are exempt from declaration.
You must make your declaration on the website: tax.3douest.com/2ccam.php
• Once on the site, you create your account with your password.
• You create your host file and your hosting on your portal.
• Once the accommodation has been created, a CERFA document is generated and sent directly to the town hall of your municipality.
However, it is still possible to declare your furnished accommodation on paper, via the CERFA 14004*04 available in the pocket (CERFA 13566*03 for guest rooms). The declaration, once completed, must be submitted to the town hall concerned. Any change concerning the information provided (on the lessor, the furnished accommodation, the rental periods) or the addition of a new accommodation, must be the subject of a new declaration.

Declaration to the clerk of the commercial court

Declare your activity to the clerk of the commercial court.
When you start your business as a non-professional Furnished Rental,
you must declare your activity to the Registrar of the Court of
Trade. For this, it is necessary to send the Cerfa P0i form to
to obtain a SIRET number.

Guide of the stars (furnished tourist accommodation only)

Are the administrative formalities done? Place to rent!
In order to better communicate with your customers and certify the quality of your services, it is possible to classify your accommodation in stars, according to the fittings of your accommodation.
To do this, we invite you to obtain as much information as possible via the star guide, published by I&D Tourisme 74 (organization which classifies furnished accommodation).

Tourist tax

Cluses Arve & Montagnes Tourisme collects the tourist tax on behalf of the Cluses Arve & Montagnes community of municipalities, whatever your type of accommodation (furnished tourist accommodation, bed and breakfast, etc.). This is directly used in the promotion and development of the territory.
This tax is collected from your customers, depending on the number of people and the number of nights there. A declaration is then made on an online platform on which you declare the nights sold.
To set it up for your accommodation: Sophie Grange, tourist tax representative, will answer your questions: taxdesejour@2ccam.fr / 04 50 96 69 69
