Marina and Fabrice are the owners of the restaurant la Rebloche in Romme. With them, it is the assurance of a warm welcome and good local products. We love the atmosphere that reigns in this place, between locals accustomed to the place and people passing through delighted to find themselves in such a privileged setting...welcome to Rebloche!
When simplicity rhymes with quality...
We are Marina and Fabrice, and we have been the owners of the restaurant la Rebloche in Romme for 4 and a half years now.
Our restaurant is a small friendly establishment in which we make authentic and tasty cuisine, we have a capacity of approximately 45 seats. It's a place on a human scale.

Marina is at the counter and I'm in the kitchen. For me, cooking has always been a passion, I've been doing it for almost 35 years and I love to please people.
A successful conversion...
We looked for a restaurant 5 years ago, it wasn't my job at all and we fell in love with the place when we saw it. Today, sharing and pleasing customers has become essential for me.
Being in a village like Romme is important for us since we are the only business in the village that still exists today, so people like to come and meet here for a drink, to chat, to meet up.

Did you say desserts?
I took a pastry CAP, I didn't have a degree in cooking, but my dad taught me how to cook for fifteen years. I worked with him and we ran a business together. It was he who communicated this passion to me. In pastry, I have several diplomas, I am a confectioner, chocolate maker, ice cream maker, which can delight the people of the village because I make a lot of cakes for the locals and that gives me great pleasure.
