“It all started in 2009 when Frédéric Blanchet (Bobby to his friends), with the help of his father, decided to take over the central bar in Scionzier and change the concept. I worked with him for 5 years, then Bobby decided to sell. With 2 partners, I bought Bobby's, but a year and a half later, my two partners left… That's when my husband Philippe, who was very attached to the bar, took over with me.”
