“It all started in 2009, Frédéric Blanchet (Bobby for friends), with the help of his father, decided to take over the central bar in Scionzier and change the concept. I will work with him for 5 years, then Bobby decides to sell. With 2 associates, I bought the Bobby, but a year and a half later, my two associates left… That's when my husband Philippe, very attached to the bar, will take up the torch with me. "
