A 40, exit Scionzier then follow Scionzier. Follow direction Nancy-Sur-Cluses. At the Hameau, pass the chief town towards "Chapelle", then "le moulin". The cottage is in the large house on the right.

It is possible to park at the foot of a staircase of 8 steps of 18cm (with handrail). Parking is on gravel. The entrance to the accommodation is approximately 30 meters from the parking area via a slab and wood path which measures 75cm wide.
It is possible to access the accommodation via a carport. The path is then made with a distance of around thirty meters from the entrance to the accommodation with 6 steps to overcome. These steps are made of wood and grass.
The front door measures 93cm wide and has a threshold of 4cm.
Then, the ground floor is composed as follows:
– A kitchen area with a worktop at a height of 87cm and a kitchen table with a height under the table of 73cm. The table measures 82x184cm.
Then, you have to climb a staircase of 13 steps for the rest of the house. This staircase has steps with a height of 20cm and a depth of 18cm. They are rather steep and quite narrow.
The floor includes:
– A living room with a lounge which gives access to the balcony. To access the balcony, a 3cm threshold must be crossed through a double-leaf glass door.
The living room is central and the bedrooms, bathroom and toilets are located around it.
– A double bedroom with a door 80cm wide and a bed 50cm high. The chamber closes with a simple twist lock. The bedroom is equipped with classic manual shutters.
– A bedroom with two single beds. These beds have a height of 58cm. The bedroom door is 80cm wide and closes with a simple twist lock. The bedroom is equipped with classic manual shutters.
– The WC is 41cm high and the door is 69cm wide.
– The bathroom has a door that measures 69cm wide. It is equipped with an 87x135cm shower with a 17cm step. The entrance to the shower is via a 65cm wide passage. If requested, it is possible to install an extra seat in the shower.
To get to the bathroom, the path goes through a corridor that measures 75cm wide.
On arrival, you must report to the owners' accommodation, on the 1st floor (with stairs) on the other side of the building. If it is impossible to climb these stairs, you must call the owners before arriving on site.

The front door of the accommodation is partly glazed. There is then a double glazed door into the upstairs accommodation which provides access to the balcony. This door is not equipped with a contrast sticker.
The accommodation is not particularly contrasting and is mainly made of wood.
Assistance dogs are accepted.
Concerning the exterior lighting, there is no presence detector but simply a switch inside which allows lighting the entrance to the accommodation.

The accommodation is located at the end of the road, so there is very little traffic.
The house is not fenced.
The toilets close with a twist lock. The bedrooms close with twist locks as well.
The bathroom mixer is simple and classic.
