When you arrive at the accommodation, either the key is already on the door, or it is necessary to ring the front doorbell of owners whose accommodation is adjoining the rental.
It is possible to park at the foot of the accommodation on slightly sloping gravel. To access the front door, you have to go through a 14cm step then a staircase of 16 steps of 17cm equipped with a handrail on one side of the path. A second staircase is to be climbed, steeper, made of wood. It is made up of 14 steps of 18cm and a handrail on one side of the path.
To enter the accommodation, two final steps of 6 and 8cm must be taken. The front door measures 105cm wide.
Once inside the accommodation, it is entirely on one level, without thresholds or steps, in a single living room (except the bathroom/WC).
The main room has large volumes in which rotations are possible.
The kitchen has a worktop of 86 and 103cm in height. The height under the table top is 71cm (table with 4 legs).
A double bed is present, with a height of 45cm. The single bed is a single mattress placed on the floor, on request. A convertible sofa can also sleep 2 people.
To access the balcony, the double-leaf glass front door must be crossed, it measures 110cm wide. From the inside, the threshold is 8cm and it is 3 then 7cm from the outside.
The tenants' terrace is located between the two access staircases to the accommodation.
The bathroom consists of a 67cm wide door, a sink with a height of 83cm, a shower whose dimensions are 64 x 64cm with a step of 25cm and a WC of a height of 40cm. If requested, a booster seat can be installed in the shower so that you can sit on it.
The main room can be darkened with classic manual wooden shutters.

The apartment has a double hinged glass door as well as a glass entrance door not equipped with a contrast sticker.

Concerning the exterior path, a presence detector illuminates the path (parking, stairs and entrance).
Please note, the floor being under the roof, low ceiling heights are to be expected and the framework is visible in places.

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of the village along a road with little traffic. The space is not fenced.
There is only one living room in the apartment, only the bathroom/WC is separate.
The bathroom locks with a simple twist lock and the shower mixer is simple.
