It is possible to book accommodation by email.
It is no problem for owners to give the information in writing, even once on site.

Physical disability

It is possible to park at the foot of the front door (flat path on gravel then uniform slab).
To enter the house: two steps appear, one of 16cm and one of 13cm.
The front door is rather heavy.
The rooms close with manual shutters.
The ground floor has tiled floors. It is entirely on one level without steps or thresholds. Only 2 steps of 17cm allow you to get to the cellar.
On the ground floor:
– The living room, directly at the entrance, large. The table is 77cm high.
– The kitchen area: 82cm worktop.
– One bedroom: 90cm wide door, single bed 47cm high.
– A WC: 66cm wide door.
– A large bedroom with a bed for two people. This bedroom is directly linked to a bathroom. The entrance door to the bedroom and bathroom are 65cm wide. The bed is 50cm high. The bathroom is equipped with a 50cm high bathtub.
A 16-step staircase takes you upstairs: the steps measure 17cm high and 27cm deep.
Upstairs, the floors are carpet, tiles and parquet:
– The hallway is 96cm wide.
– A threshold of 2cm exists only to reach 2 bedrooms and the bathroom equipped with a shower. In this location, the doors measure 80cm wide.
The shower threshold is 24cm and the shower measures 68x68cm. If requested it is possible to add a seat in the shower.
– 3 other bedrooms + another bathtub and a toilet.
– The pieces are large.

Visual impairment

There is no lighting outside the building, neither private nor city.
Good to know: the living room is rather loaded with low furniture. A step near the entrance is at the foot of the fireplace.
There is no bay window or sliding door.
Assistance dogs are allowed.
The interior design is made up of a lot of wood and not particularly contrasting.

Mental handicap

The accommodation is not located near a busy road but the premises are not fenced.
The rooms do not lock.
The swimming pool is fenced.
