Entrance is through a glass door which measures 80cm wide with a threshold of 3cm. Please note, the entrance to the building is equipped with a rubber mat with holes larger than 2cm.

Apt 301: The apartment is located on the 3nd floor of the building. To access it, it is necessary to climb 50 steps of 17cm, without handrail, in a spiral.
Once you arrive upstairs, the level has no threshold or steps.
The front door of the accommodation measures 87cm wide.
The apartment is composed as follows:
– A bathroom: whose entrance door measures 70cm wide. The WC is at a height of 40cm. The sink is at a height of 83cm. The bathtub has a height of 41cm. Its dimensions are 55 x 104cm with a depth of 35cm. If requested, it is possible to install an extra seat in the bathtub so that you can sit down.
– A double bedroom: the door measures 78cm wide. The bed is at a height of 45cm. The bedroom can be darkened with simple manual wooden shutters and curtains.
– A bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed: with a 78cm wide door. The double bed is at a height of 49cm and the bunk bed is at a height of 35cm for the lowest bed. The bedroom can be darkened with simple manual wooden shutters and curtains. Please note, to access the bunk beds, a narrow passage 30cm wide is required.
– The kitchen and the living room: its entrance is through a 78cm wide door. The work surface is at a height of 86cm and the table is at a height of 75cm under the top.
– A balcony to which access is via the living room, via a path 70cm wide. The balcony door measures 120cm wide, with an interior step measuring 5cm and an exterior step measuring 10cm. The balcony measures 1,10 meters in depth.

The accommodation is located in a small building at the crossroads of two busy roads all year round. The space is not fenced.
The bathrooms and toilets close with a simple twist latch. The bathtub mixers are easy to use (except in apartment 101 where the mixer is thermostatic).
Apt 301: The double bedroom locks, the other bedroom does not.
