Physical disability

It is possible to park at the foot of the building. The entrance is through a glass door which measures 80cm wide with a threshold of 3cm. To access it, it is necessary to climb 34 steps of 17cm, without handrail, in spiral. Once arrived at the floor, the level is without threshold, nor step. The entrance door of the accommodation is 90cm wide .The apartment is composed as follows:- A bathroom: whose entrance door is 78cm wide. The sink is at a height of 83cm. The bathtub has a height of 44cm. The dimensions of this one are 57 x 137cm for a depth of 37cm. If requested, it is possible to install a booster seat in the bathtub to be able to sit down.- A WC: whose door is 60cm wide and the WC is at a height of 40cm.- A bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed: whose door is 78cm wide.- A bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed: the double bed is at a height of 47cm. The bunk bed is at a height of 47cm for the lowest bed. The bedroom can be darkened thanks to simple manual wooden shutters. - The kitchen and the living room: its entrance is through a 78cm wide door. The sofa bed is at a height of 38cm.- A balcony with access from the living room: the balcony door is 120cm wide, with an inside step that measures 5cm and an outside step which measures 10cm. The chalet has a double glazed door. These windows are not equipped with a contrast sticker. The entrance to the building is also equipped with a glass door which does not have a contrast sticker. Mental handicap

The accommodation is in a small building at the crossroads of two roads that are mostly used all year round. The space is not fenced. The bathrooms and toilets close with a simple turning latch. The bath mixers are easy to use (except in apartment 101 where the mixer is thermostatic).Apt 201: The bedrooms do not lock. needs to owners who listen to you.
