Physical disability

It is possible to park at the foot of the building. The entrance is through a glass door which measures 80cm wide with a threshold of 3cm. Please note that the entrance to the building is fitted with a rubber mat with holes larger than 2cm.Apt 101: The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building. To access it, it is necessary to climb 18 steps of 17cm, without handrail, in spiral. Once arrived at the floor, the level is without threshold, nor step. The entrance door of the accommodation is 90cm wide .The apartment is composed as follows:- A bathroom: whose entrance door is 78cm wide. The sink is at a height of 84cm. The bathtub has a height of 50cm. The dimensions of this one are 53 x 137cm for a depth of 40cm. If requested, it is possible to install a booster seat in the bathtub to be able to sit down.- A WC: whose door is 60cm wide and the WC is at a height of 40cm.- A bedroom with a double bed: whose door is 78cm wide. The double bed is at a height of 46cm. The bedroom can be darkened with simple manual wooden shutters and curtains. This room has direct access to the balcony. The balcony door is 120cm wide, with an inside step that measures 5cm and an outside step that measures 10cm.- A bedroom with two single beds: the single beds are at a height of 50 and 45cm. Visual impairment

The chalet has a double glazed door. These windows are not equipped with a contrast sticker. The entrance to the building is also equipped with a glass door which does not have a contrast sticker. The accommodations are not particularly contrasted. Assistance dogs are accepted. Apt 101: double leaf glass doors, not fitted with contrast stickers. Do not hesitate to inform the owners of your needs, who are on hand to help you.

Mental handicap

The accommodation is in a small building at the crossroads of two roads that are mostly used all year round. The space is not fenced. The bathrooms and toilets close with a simple turning latch. The bath mixers are easy to use (except in apartment 101 where the mixer is thermostatic).Apt 101: Both bedrooms are locked. No suitable pictogram. Do not hesitate to share your needs with the owners who are at your service.
