Prime location for exploring Haute-Savoie!
Spacious and welcoming gîte located in a quiet and unspoiled area, in the heart of the department.
Outdoor swimming pool heated in summer (shared).

Gîte of 80m2 (including 23m2 attic), located on the 1st floor of a large house surrounded by land, and also including the owners' accommodation as well as 4 guest rooms (located on the opposite side of the house).
Shared: swimming pool heated to 28°C (dimensions 8mx4m), accessible from May to September.
The cottage has its own independent entrance at the back of the house (access via external stairs).
The accommodation consists of: an integrated kitchen with dining area, separate living room (TV, sofa), bedroom 1 (3 beds 90x190cm) connecting (and passing through) to bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, baby bed).
Bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi internet.
Sheets are included (beds are made upon arrival). Bathroom linens are available for rent.
Small balcony area in front of the entrance to the cottage with a table and 2 chairs.
Large shared terrace with garden furniture at the front of the house. Shared pétanque court.
Parking on the property: 1 parking space reserved for the gîte
Maximum capacity: 5 people (with the owners' agreement). Swimming pool for exclusive use by guests.

All the major sites in the department are located within a 50-minute drive.
Geneva 40 minutes by car, Annecy and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 45 minutes, Lake Geneva, Yvoire and beaches around 50 minutes.
Local shops in the center of Scionzier are 1,5 km away. Supermarket is 2 km away.
Grand Massif ski area 25 minutes by car: Les Carroz 18km, Morillon 19km.
Romme-sur-Cluses Nordic ski area (and beginner's alpine area) 11km away.
Numerous hikes to enjoy in the Bargy, Aravis area or on the Solaison plateau (25 minutes away).
