Cars are parked near the entrance to the accommodation, in a gravel courtyard.
To access the front door, you still have to cross 4 descending steps of height between 14 and 21cm. There is no handrail for these first 4 steps. You then have to climb 10 steps uphill, equipped with a handrail. The steps measure between 16 and 18cm for the first 8 steps and 14 for the last 2 steps.
You must then go through the two entrance doors which provide access to the interior, one measuring 69cm wide and the other 88cm. A threshold of 4cm must also be crossed.
On the ground floor, everything is on one level, without thresholds or steps. We find there:
– The kitchen and dining room area in which the kitchen worktop is 89cm high and the dining room table is 73cm high.
– From the kitchen you also access the 1st bathroom with toilet. The front door measures 69cm wide. The toilet is at a height of 43cm, the bathroom sink is 84cm high. The room is equipped with a shower whose entrance measures 69cm wide with a step of 13cm. The shower measures 69x98cm. If requested, it is possible to install an extra seat in the shower for sitting.
– From the kitchen, you access the living room via an open passage 95cm wide. The living room is equipped with a sofa which can be transformed into a single bed 46cm high. The living room can be darkened with a curtain but the room has no door and is open directly to the kitchen.
To go up to the 1st floor, you have to climb a staircase of 14 steps, 18cm high, equipped with a handrail. Be careful, depending on your size you will have to bend down because a beam on the way up is rather low.
On the 1st floor, a 13cm step is present, it is located between the bedroom and the second room used as a living room or bedroom / the bathroom / the toilets / the stairs to access the 2nd floor. The floor consists of:
– A bedroom, composed of a double bed which measures 45cm high and a 2-seater convertible sofa which measures 44cm high. This room is equipped with curtain.
– A living room separated from the bedroom by a door that cannot be locked in which there is a 2-seater convertible sofa with a height of 37cm. This living room also has curtains to darken the room.
– A bathroom consisting of a shower measuring 112x130cm with a 19cm step and a 68cm wide shower entrance. If requested, it is possible to install an extra seat in the shower for sitting. The bathroom sink is 88cm high.
– Toilets that light up automatically thanks to a detector. The WC door is 59cm wide and the WC is 43cm high.
To access the 2nd floor, you have to climb 11 steps 20cm high without a handrail.
The second floor is made up of an attic bedroom with 3 beds:
A double bed with a height of 45cm and 2 single beds with a height of 28cm.
This room is equipped with curtains, it does not have steps.
Outside, access to the swimming pool is via the entrance doors mentioned above. You have to go back down the 10 steps then another 15cm step. There is then an inclined ramp which allows you to go to the swimming pool, it is 89cm wide. The owners do not have a suitable launching device and there are steps to enter the water (see photos).

There is no glass door or bay window in the accommodation.
The accommodation is not particularly contrasting and is mainly made of wood.
Assistance dogs are accepted.
Detectors outside the home illuminate the path to the front door.
A detector allows the light to be turned on automatically in the toilets on the 1st floor.
Please note, the staircase to get to the first floor and the bedroom on the 2nd floor have sometimes low ceiling heights.

The accommodation is located in a small hamlet, on a road where few cars travel, so there is very little traffic.
The house is partly fenced.
The toilets close with a twist lock. Either the rooms do not have a door, or it does not lock (door which separates the living room and the bedroom on the first floor).
The bathroom mixer is simple and classic.
A swimming pool is set in the garden. When not in use, it is covered.
