Cars are parked near the entrance to the accommodation, in a gravel courtyard.
The entrance is less than ten meters from the parking lot. To get to the front door, the path is wide and only one small threshold of 4cm has to be crossed. The front door measures 92cm wide with a threshold of 2cm.
The ground floor includes the living room and kitchen to share with the owners. Everything is on one level, without any threshold or step.
The ground floor has large volumes and is therefore easy to move around.
To get to the room, you have to climb 16 steps 19cm high and 30cm deep. A handrail is only present on one side of the staircase.
Once at the top of the stairs, the room has no steps or thresholds.
The floor is private and composed as follows:
– A living room which gives access to a balcony. The door is a double-leaf glass door which has a 3cm threshold.
– A bedroom with a double bed whose door measures 78cm wide. The bed is at a height of 50cm. The bedroom can be darkened with classic manual wooden shutters.
– A bathroom with WC. The door measures 83cm wide. THE WC is 40cm high. The shower measures 80cmx140cm with an 8cm step. The entrance to the shower is 55cm wide. If requested, it is possible to install an extra seat in the shower for sitting.
Outside, access to the swimming pool is via the entrance doors mentioned above. You have to go back down the 10 steps then another 15cm step. There is then an inclined ramp which allows you to go to the swimming pool, it is 89cm wide. The owners do not have a suitable launching device and there are steps to enter the water (see photos).
The owners, nearby, will listen to the person's needs. The owners have already had the opportunity to welcome a group of young people with motor disabilities.

There is simply a double glass door which gives access to the balcony. This door is not equipped with a contrast sticker.
The accommodation is not particularly contrasting and is mainly made of wood.
Assistance dogs are accepted.

The accommodation is located in a small hamlet, on a road where few cars travel, so there is very little traffic.
The house is partly fenced.
The toilet closes with a sliding lock. The room does not lock.
The bathroom mixer tap is thermostatic.
A swimming pool is set in the garden. When not in use, it is covered.
