It is no problem for the owner to give the information in writing, even once on site.
The owner does not speak LSF.

It is possible to park one or two meters from the entrance to the house on tar.
To enter the house, the front door measures 87cm wide with a threshold of 2cm.
Entrance is via the ground floor which has no threshold or step.
The house is equipped with electric roller shutters, unless otherwise indicated below (some rooms are equipped with skylights which close manually).

The ground floor is composed as follows:
– We first arrive in the living room which has large volumes allowing easy rotation.
– As an extension of the living room is the kitchen. Its entrance is via a path 84cm wide. The work surface is 89cm high. The kitchen table has a height under the top of 73cm.
A large bay window provides access to the terrace from the living room. A threshold of 3cm must be crossed.
– A bedroom completes the ground floor: you enter through a door that measures 80cm wide. It is directly connected to a bathroom which can be accessed without a door to go through. The bathroom has a shower with a 10cm step. If requested, it is possible to add an extra seat so that you can sit in the shower. The WC is at a height of 42cm and the sink at a height of 86cm. This room gives direct access to the terrace via a bay window whose passage is more than one meter wide with a threshold of 5cm.
The first floor is accessed by a staircase of 16 steps of 18cm. A handrail is installed but it is not present throughout the climb.

The first floor consists of a large hall/playroom around which the bedrooms are located:
– A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. We enter this room without threshold or step, and the door measures 79cm wide. The beds are at a height of 49cm. This bedroom is directly connected to a bathroom whose door is also 79cm wide. The room is composed of a shower with a threshold of 7cm. The toilet is at a height of 43cm and the sink at a height of 85cm. This room has direct access to a small balcony. If requested, it is possible to add an extra seat so that you can sit in the shower.
– A dormitory: to enter the room, the door measures 79cm wide. Two 21cm steps must be descended to access it. This room is equipped with 5 single beds and 1 double bed. This room is equipped with a manually darkened roof window. The dormitory is also connected to a bathroom consisting of a shower and a bathtub. The shower has a 16cm step and a 45cm wide entrance. The bathtub is at a height of 52cm. If requested, it is possible to add an extra seat so that you can sit in the shower. The toilet is at a height of 41cm and the sink at 83cm.
– A duplex room with access to a balcony, a double bed on the first floor and another on the second (with bathroom). The bedroom door is 79cm wide. The bed on the first floor is 48cm high and the bed on the second floor is 40cm high. To access the 2nd floor, 14 20cm steps must be climbed. This staircase is equipped with a handrail which is not present throughout the stairs. The bathroom of this room is on the 2nd floor. It is equipped with a shower. The bathroom door is 60cm wide. The shower has an 11cm step and a 46cm wide opening. The toilet measures 41cm in height and the sink 90cm. If requested, it is possible to add an extra seat so that you can sit in the shower. To darken the room on the second floor, the room is only equipped with blackout curtains.
– A bedroom with two double beds with a height of 47cm and access to the balcony. The door measures 79cm wide. This room is also equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The bathroom door is 78cm wide. The shower has a 10cm step and a 78cm wide shower entrance. The bathtub is 44cm high. If requested, it is possible to add an extra seat so that you can sit in the shower. The sink is at a height of 90cm and the toilet at 40cm.

A bedroom is also located in the basement of the house. To access it, a 9cm step must be descended then a staircase of 15 18cm steps without handrail. Once in the basement, access to the bedroom is without threshold or step, through a door measuring 79cm wide. This room is made up of a double bed with a height of 45cm and two bunk beds for which the lower bed is at a height of 56cm. This room is also equipped with a bathroom whose door measures 79cm. The shower which composes it has a step of 21cm and an entrance to the shower of 46cm. If requested, it is possible to add an extra seat so that you can sit in the shower. The WC is at a height of 42cm and the sink at a height of 84cm. To darken the room, this room is only equipped with blackout curtains.
The swimming pool is not equipped with a launching device. To get there, you have to go down 25 rather uneven wooden steps. Secondary access is possible from the parking lot: you have to walk on gravel then go down 5 steps then 16, in wood and on an slope.

The chalet has several bay windows not fitted with contrast stickers, including one in the ground floor bedroom.
The accommodation is not particularly contrasting.
Assistance dogs are accepted.
Concerning the exterior path, presence detectors make it possible to illuminate the path.
Please note, the first floor being under the roof, low ceiling heights are to be expected.

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of the village along a road with little traffic. The land is not fenced
The toilets and bathrooms close with simple twist latches. The rooms either lock or do not lock.

A swimming pool is present in the garden. It is not equipped with safety barriers but with a tarpaulin.
