Physical disability

It is possible to park one or two meters from the entrance to the house on tar. To enter the house, the front door is 87cm wide with a threshold of 2cm. Its entrance is via an 84cm wide path. The worktop is 89cm high. The kitchen table has a height under the top of 73cm. A large bay window provides access to the terrace from the living room. You have to cross a 3cm threshold. - A bedroom completes the ground floor: you enter through a door which measures 80cm wide. It is directly connected to a bathroom which is accessed without a door to go through. The bathroom has a shower with a 10cm step. If requested, it is possible to add a booster seat so that you can sit in the shower. The WC is at a height of 42cm and the sink at a height of 86cm. This bedroom gives direct access to the terrace via a bay window, the passage of which is more than one meter wide with a threshold of 5cm. You reach the first floor by a staircase of 16 steps of 18cm. A handrail is installed but it is not present throughout the climb.The first floor consists of a large hall / playroom around which the bedrooms are: - A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. You enter this room without threshold or step, and the door is 79cm wide. The beds are 49cm high. This bedroom is directly connected to a bathroom, the door of which is also 79cm wide. The room is composed of a shower with a threshold of 7cm. The WC is at a height of 43cm and the sink at a height of 85cm. This room has direct access to a small balcony. If requested, it is possible to add a booster seat so that you can sit in the shower - A dormitory: to enter the room, the door is 79cm wide. Two steps of 21cm are to be descended to reach it. This room is equipped with 5 single beds and 1 double bed. This room is equipped with a roof window which can be darkened manually. The dormitory is also connected to a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The shower has a 16cm step and a 45cm wide entrance. The bathtub is at a height of 52cm. If requested, it is possible to add a booster seat so that you can sit in the shower. The WC is 41cm high and the sink 83cm - A duplex bedroom with access to a balcony, a double bed on the first floor and another on the second (with bathroom). The bedroom door is 79cm wide. The first floor bed is 48cm high and the second floor bed is 40cm high. To access the 2nd floor, 14 steps of 20cm are to be climbed. This staircase is equipped with a handrail which is not present throughout the stairs. The bathroom for this bedroom is on the 2nd floor. It is equipped with a shower. The bathroom door is 60cm wide. The shower has an 11cm step and a 46cm wide opening. The toilet is 41cm high and the sink 90cm. If requested, it is possible to add a booster seat so that you can sit in the shower. To darken the room on the second floor, the room is only equipped with blackout curtains. - A bedroom with two double beds with a height of 47cm and access to the balcony. The door is 79cm wide. This room is also equipped with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The bathroom door is 78cm wide. The shower has a 10cm step and a 78cm wide shower entry. The bathtub is 44cm high. If requested, it is possible to add a booster seat so that you can sit in the shower. The sink is at a height of 90cm and the toilet at 40cm. A bedroom is also located in the basement of the house. To access it, go down a 9cm step then a staircase of 15 18cm steps without handrail. Once in the basement, access to the bedroom is without threshold or step, through a door which measures 79cm wide. This room is composed of a double bed with a height of 45cm and two bunk beds for which the bottom bed is at a height of 56cm. This bedroom is also equipped with a bathroom with a door measuring 79cm. The shower which composes it has a step of 21cm and an entry in the shower of 46cm. If requested, it is possible to add a booster seat so that you can sit in the shower. The WC is at a height of 42cm and the sink at a height of 84cm. To darken the room, this room is only equipped with blackout curtains. The pool is not equipped with a launching device. To get there, you have to descend 25 rather uneven wooden steps. A secondary access is possible from the parking lot: you have to walk through gravel then descend 5 steps then 16, in wood and on a slope.

Visual impairment

The chalet has several bay windows not fitted with contrast stickers, including one in the bedroom on the ground floor. The accommodation is not particularly contrasted. Assistance dogs are accepted. Concerning the exterior path, presence detectors make it possible to illuminate the path. Attention, the first floor being under the roofs, low ceiling heights are required. Do not hesitate to tell the owner of your needs before you come.

Mental handicap

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of the village along a road with little traffic. The land is not fenced The toilets as well as the bathrooms are closed with simple twist latches. The rooms are locked either with key or they do not. No suitable pictogram presence. A swimming pool is present in the garden. It is not equipped with safety barriers but with a tarpaulin. Do not hesitate to tell the owner of your needs before your arrival.
