Independent chalet of 118m2 arranged on 2 levels in a quiet area of the Grand-Massif, near the Nordic ski area of Agy.
High quality interior fittings, large terrace offering a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains (summit of Mont-Blanc, Fiz range, Aravis massif).
Single-storey entrance to the rear of the chalet.
On the ground floor: entrance hall with separate toilet, fitted kitchen open to living room (sofas, TV), bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower).
On the lower level of the chalet: bedroom 2 (2 90x190cm beds which can be twinned into a 180cm bed on request), bedroom 3 (2 90x190cm beds which can be twinned into a 180cm bed on request), Sauna, bathroom (shower), separate toilet, laundry room.
Sheets and towels are included (beds made on arrival). Wifi internet. Floor heating. South terrace with garden furniture, relaxation lounge, parasol, and barbecue. On-site parking: courtyard and a covered space. Secure private motorcycle/ski/bike parking.
Possibility to recharge your electric vehicle on a conventional socket (with supplement).
Agy cross-country ski plateau 2km from the gîte: Nordic skiing and snowshoeing in winter, hiking trails in summer.
Grand-Massif ski area 9,5km away (Les Carroz d'Araches): vast 265km ski area connecting the resorts of Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval.
Les Carroz resort center 9km away: bars, restaurants and numerous activities in season (swimming, tobogganing, paragliding, canyoning, mountain biking, golf, etc.).
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 35km away. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 50 minutes by car, Annecy and Lake Geneva about 1 hour away.
