Charming typical wooden chalet on two levels.
It is located at the exit of the village of Reposoir towards the Col de Romme.

Quiet chalet. It offers an area of approximately 100 m², a balcony and a terrace.
It is located about 1km from the center of the village.
It dominates the village and offers a splendid view of the Chartreuse, the col de la Colombière and the Bargy massif.
In summer, come and enjoy the many hikes for all levels and the inimitable atmosphere of the mountain pastures.
In winter, the village turns into a family ski resort and offers many snowshoe trails.

Hearing impairment

It is possible to book accommodation by email.
It is no problem for owners to give the information in writing, even once on site.

Physical disability

It is possible to park your vehicle 5 meters from the entrance to the accommodation in gravel. The parking lot is cleared of snow in winter and there is therefore normally no problem with routing.
There are then 2 steps to cross to enter the chalet. One step measures 22cm and the other 20cm. The door measures 69cm wide.
The ground floor is then presented as follows:
– An entrance hall whose path width measures 90cm wide. It is in fact a corridor which serves all the rooms.
– A living room open to the American kitchen. In the living room an articulated chair provides lifting assistance. The kitchen table has a height under the top of 75cm and it measures 84x160cm. The passage to access the kitchen is 70cm wide. The kitchen worktop is at a height of 86cm.
– Toilets with a door measuring 60cm and a bowl height of 40cm.
– A bathroom with a 70cm wide door. The bathroom is composed of a 51cm high bathtub without lowered entrance. If requested, it is possible to install an extra seat in the shower for sitting. The sink is at a height of 85cm.
– A double bedroom with a 2cm threshold. The door measures 70cm wide. The bed is at a height of 55cm. The bedroom can be darkened using manual curtains or classic wooden shutters.
– A balcony which is accessed via a 116cm wide glass door. To exit, a step of 3cm must be taken and from the outside a step of 6 then 2cm must be taken. From the balcony it is possible to access the garden via 4 steps.
The chalet has a basement converted for living. It is accessed by a spiral staircase of 16 steps, 17cm high. A handrail is present but not all along the staircase. A safety gate is located at the top of the staircase, it closes with a small latch.
All basement doors are 70cm wide. The level is on one level without threshold or step. The level is centralized around a common hall around which the rooms are located.
The basement is composed as follows:
– A double bedroom with a bed which is at a height of 60cm. The bedroom can be darkened using manual curtains or classic wooden shutters.
– A bedroom with two single beds which can be transformed into a bedroom with three single beds. The beds are at a height of 45cm. The bedroom can be darkened using manual curtains or classic wooden shutters.
– A bathroom equipped with a shower. The shower entrance is 74cm wide. The shower measures 75x75cm and has a 26cm step to climb to access it. If requested, it is possible to install an extra seat in the shower for sitting. The sink is at a height of 86cm.
– Toilets with a height of 42cm.
– A cellar in which the washing machine is located.
A garage is also available to tenants. It is located on the ground floor and there is a step to go inside.

Visual impairment

There is a single glass door that separates the living room and the balcony. This door is not equipped with a contrast sticker but the window panes are small and separated from the wood (see photos).
The accommodation is not particularly contrasting and is mainly made of wood.
Assistance dogs are accepted.
There is no presence detector outside. The exterior path can be illuminated using a lamp whose switch is inside.
Be careful, on the balcony, the framework is exposed and there is a risk of obstacles at head level.

Mental handicap

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of the village along a road with little traffic but on which cars travel rather quickly. The garden is not fenced.
The toilets as well as the two bathrooms close with simple twist latches. The two double bedrooms lock.
The chalet's shower and bath thermostat are easy to use.
