Upstairs: fitted kitchen open to large living room (TV, DVD, stereo, pellet stove, table football), giving access to the South terrace with furniture, parasol and barbecue. Petanque.
Cellar with washing machine and wc. Sheets are included. Private parking space under shelter, or in front of the chalet. Ski room.
In winter, Agy cross-country skiing plateau 4,5 km away, Alpine skiing in Les Carroz 10 km away (Grand Massif area). Shuttle 2km away.
Many hikes in the surroundings or in Agy in summer. Town of Taninges 10km, Cluses 12km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 50 minutes by car.
Snow equipment compulsory in winter for your vehicle.
Nordic skiing 4,5 km in winter, Grand-massif ski area 10 km away.
