Then, a threshold of 5cm must be crossed then 5 steps of 17cm (the last is 15cm) with a handrail. A door threshold must be crossed, of 3cm, before passing through the front door which is 84cm wide.
A staircase must be climbed to access the apartment. It consists of 16 steps of 18cm with handrail.
A second entrance door is presented, without threshold, 89cm wide.
Once inside, the apartment is on one level, without thresholds or steps, except for access to the balcony.
The interior doors are all 78cm wide.
The apartment is composed as follows:
– A bedroom with 4 single beds, including a bunk bed. The bunk bed is at a height of 60cm for the lowest bed (equipped with a barrier on the side) and the single beds are at a height of 43cm. This room can be darkened with curtains.
– A living room: the kitchen of which offers a work surface with a height of 90cm, a table height of 72cm (with a central leg). The living room consists of a convertible double sofa with a height of 38cm and a single convertible bench with a height of 40cm.
– A double bedroom with a bed at a height of 54cm. The bed has a maximum space of 80cm wide on its widest side.
– A WC with a height of 40cm.
– A bathroom with a sink at a height of 88cm. The shower has a step with a height of 9cm and dimensions of 86 x 86cm with an entrance width of 49cm. If requested, it is possible to have an extra seat so that you can sit in the shower.
– Balcony: you have to cross 2 steps of 17 then 16cm then a threshold of 6cm. From the outside, there is a 14cm step to overcome.
The living room is equipped with electric roller shutters. These roller shutters are controlled by a control fixed to the wall at a height of 122cm.
