It is no problem for the owner to give the information in writing, even once on site.

Physical disability

It is possible to park at the foot of the accommodation on tarmac. However, as the parking lot is not private, it is possible that the spaces closest to the entrance to the accommodation are occupied.
Then, an 18cm step must be crossed then a 5cm threshold, in order to be able to enter the apartment.
The threshold is 3cm from the inside of the accommodation.
The front door measures 100cm.
Once inside, the accommodation consists of a single living room and a bathroom/WC.
On the kitchen area side, the worktop is at a height of 87cm and the height under the table is 73cm (4 feet).
A sofa bed provides two beds which are at a height of 43cm. The bunk bed is at a height of 23cm for the lowest bed.
The bathroom door measures 60cm. The shower is accessible with a step of 9cm and an entrance width of 90cm. If requested, it is possible to install an extra seat so that you can sit in the shower.
The sink is at a height of 84cm and the WC is 40cm from the floor.
The main room can be darkened using simple manual wooden shutters.
