Spacious and bright cottage enjoying a privileged location in the heart of the Haute-Savoie department:
Annecy, Geneva and Chamonix within 50 minutes by car.
Very nice unobstructed view of the Bargy massif.

117m2 duplex apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor of an old renovated country farmhouse also including the owners' accommodation (on the ground floor). The accommodation is located in a residential area, 700m from the center of Scionzier and the shops.
The cottage has its own independent entrance (access by outside staircase).
On the 1st level: independent fitted kitchen, living room (sofas, TV, dining area), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (bathtub + shower), separate wc, laundry room, storage space.
On the 2nd: bedroom 2 (2 90x190cm beds), bedroom 3 (2 90x190cm beds), bedroom 4 (1 140x190cm bed), bathroom (shower, toilet). Wifi internet.
Sheets are included (beds made). Possibility to rent towels. South balcony on the 1st floor, and private terrace area on the ground floor: table and chairs, barbecue, awning. Parking in the yard. Storage box available for skis or bicycles. All local shops and services 700 meters (centre of Scionzier). Grand Massif ski area 25 minutes by car (Les Carroz 18km, Morillon 19km). Nordic ski area of Romme-Sur-Cluses (+ beginner alpine area) at 11km.
Many hikes to practice on the Bargy sector, Aravis or on the solaison plateau.
Geneva 40 minutes by car, Annecy and Chamonix 45 minutes, Lake Geneva, Yvoire and beaches about 50 minutes.
