Nestled in the heart of a forest, facing the treetops: 44m2 gîte on the ground floor of a large luxury chalet located in a natural setting, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Here, there are no neighbors or busy roads: just the song of birds and the soothing scent of the undergrowth.

The accommodation is arranged on a single level, and has its own independent entrance.
The cottage is composed as follows: independent living room (TV, sofa bed), fitted kitchen with dining area, bedroom (1 bed 140×190), bathroom with shower and toilet.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets and bed linen (bed made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi internet
Private terrace area with a forest table, barbecue, and deckchairs, plus a covered relaxation lounge. Private parking space.
The ceiling height of the accommodation is 2 meters. The upper part of the chalet is occupied by the owners.
The last 300 meters of access to the lodge are via a flat forest road (snow removal provided in winter).
The cottage is maintained and cleaned with natural products.

Hiking trails start on site all year round. All shops are located in Thyez, 6 km away (10 minutes by car).
In winter, Grand-Massif ski area via Morillon 14km away.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 45 minutes by car, Annecy, Geneva and Lake Geneva 1 hour.
