Independent entrance. 1st: Integrated kitchen with dining area, WC/laundry room. In 1/2 upper level: Living room with TV, corner sofa (convertible), 2 90cm beds. Top 1/2 level: Bedroom 1 (1 140 cm bed), Bedroom 2 (2 90 cm beds), bathroom (shower), WC. Balcony, garden (non-adjoining) with forest table, barbecue. Internet, sheet rental possible. Skiing at Mont-Saxonnex 2.5km away, numerous hikes nearby in summer. Dard waterfall, Malsaire climbing cliff… 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
