Laetitia traded in the trade for that of a goat breeder. After finding land, she built her goat farm at La Pierre in Laya d'Arâches, on the Route des Carroz.
Towards a healthy conversion close to nature
“One day, I clicked and decided to retrain. I didn't want my life before and I wanted to reconnect with nature, get closer to values that seem more essential to me. At that time, the agricultural world was totally unknown to me. I will train myself and be passionate about raising goats. Working with animals, adjusting your work rate to animals and their milkings… it's a very technical but fascinating job! "
The circuit runs of course!
“It is also important to me to distribute locally: on site at the farm but also to small cheese and fruit factories. We have invested in a dynamic of local development by supplying school canteens in the area with our products.
The goat farm is also part of theOrigine Grand Massif association which awards a label to local producers. The association makes tastings on the ski slopes of the Grand Massif of our local products.
