Julien is what we call a fanatic! Petanque is his life. Very involved in the community, he keeps his club alive all year round. He has a multitude of projects in mind for the future.

I bring together the "open to all" and the official ones. There are plenty of players who don't have a license, who start in the "open to all" and who are later tempted to get a license in a club.
