Julien is what we call a fanatic! Petanque is his life. Very involved in the community, he keeps his club alive all year round. He has a multitude of projects in mind for the future.

I bring together the “open to all” and the officials. There are plenty of players who don't have the license, who start in the “open to all” and who are subsequently tempted to take the license in a club.
