Ingredients
1 kilo of potato | 4 eggs | 1 tablespoon of flour |
Salt, pepper, nutmeg | Persil | Lemon |
Configuration
- Peel potatoes. Finely chop them in a food processor.
- Add the lemon to prevent the potatoes from blackening and the parsley.
- In a salad bowl, gently mix the potatoes with the eggs then add the flour.
- Season with salt and pepper and add the nutmeg.
- Finally, cook slowly in a pan with cooking oil.
