Ingredients

1 kilo of potato4 eggs1 tablespoon of flour
Salt, pepper, nutmegPersilLemon

Configuration

  • Peel potatoes. Finely chop them in a food processor.
  • Add the lemon to prevent the potatoes from blackening and the parsley.
  • In a salad bowl, gently mix the potatoes with the eggs then add the flour.
  • Season with salt and pepper and add the nutmeg.
  • Finally, cook slowly in a pan with cooking oil.
