With 10 old-fashioned songs for those with broken hearts, he delivers a show that is both refined and deeply felt: meticulous arrangements, a disorienting set design, and a singular stage presence that oscillates between biting humor and melancholy. Inspired by the great figures of French song, he pays homage to a tradition while asserting his own unique style.
Accompanied by the Fortin-Poirier Duo, Pierre Lapointe presents a stripped-down setlist that blends new songs with older tracks. A rare opportunity to discover an artist who has fully mastered his craft.
