Topo / step by step
Follow the departmental road for 150 m towards Le Reposoir, passing in front of the pond. At the Romme trail sign, take the small road on the left which goes up towards “Chalet des Vuardes” via Les Lays. Follow this direction. The path crosses the ski slopes before climbing steadily into the forest. The return is via the same route. The path continues towards the “Tête de Sallaz” summit but this mountain sector requires experience (snow patches and cornices). Follow the summer markings.

Meet at the Col de Romme, a small hamlet of Nancy-sur-Cluses. Once at the pass, cross the village and park in the car park next to the basin and the bus shelter.
