Thematic trail of the Credo wood and the Orlier waterfall – Hike

Follow the green owl markings (the blue owl takes you to a point of interest and the orange owl takes you to shortcuts to get back). From the car park to the quarry: 30 minutes Take the path at the information panel located on the town hall parking lot. You are entering Credo Wood. Continue straight to the viewpoint towards the quarry. From the quarry to the Cascade: 45 minutes Turn around for a few meters then take the path on the right which goes up into the depths of the forest. Continue to climb, the path will then descend towards the waterfall. You will slowly hear the sound of running water. After the wooden walkway, a steep (but short) climb will take you to the foot of the waterfall. From the waterfall to the parking lot: 15 minutes Retrace your steps then continue straight to the parking lot. Let CREDO le Hibou guide you on this path and you will discover the head of Louis-Philippe and the Orlier waterfall as you have never seen them before!

Route

From Cluses, take the D1205, direction Sallanches. At the entrance to the village of Magland, continue straight ahead and park behind the town hall.
