Description

An ideal walk for young children in Romme. Explore forest life and the authentic charm of the hamlet on this accessible snowshoe loop, perfect for introducing the joys of winter as a family.

From the Tourist Office chalet, begin your walk by crossing the football field. Continue across the snow-covered field to reach the main road that descends towards the village of Le Reposoir. At the "Romme" trail sign, located near a cross by the roadside, carefully cross the road. Go down the small rise and take the path that leads into the forest on your left. At the first intersection, stay on the main path to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the woods. When you reach the sign marked "Le Pare," turn left following the "Tour du Pare" direction. The path then leaves the forest canopy and climbs through the fields. Continue until you reach the main road again. Opposite the information panels (located by the roadside), cross once more and climb for about 50 meters. Then take the path on your left that runs parallel to the road. This last section will bring you back to the path leading up to Vormy. All you have to do now is walk gently down towards the road to return to your starting point at the Tourist Office chalet.
