Description

Above the village of Arâches is this enormous rock placed in the meadow called Pierre à Laya, a privileged site where hikers but also climbing enthusiasts enjoy discovering the marvelous view of Pointe d'Areu and the Valley of Arve.

Departure from the end of the swimming pool car park, follow the direction “Arâches par Pierre à Laya”, then “Pierre à Laya”. For the return, follow the direction “Les Carroz”

The hike is also accessible by bus, thanks to the arv'i bus network:

• Stop: Arâches-la-Frasse – Locality
