Description
Discover the Agy plateau, the Nordic ski area of Saint-Sigismond. This walk offers exceptional panoramic views overlooking the Arve valley and the surrounding peaks. A must-do snowshoeing route for landscape lovers.
Find the start of the footpaths on the right. You begin with a short climb that runs alongside the ski slopes. At the "La Bordaz" intersection, turn right towards "Boucle de Fimaloz – par les Chalets". Continue along the path that leads into the woods. Keep going straight ahead; a beautiful view awaits you at the Fimaloz chalets. Continue along the path and then head back towards the ski lodge via the ridge, a wide path that runs alongside the high-voltage power line. Keep your eyes peeled; a panoramic view of the Arve Valley and the Bargy massif awaits you.
Bring hiking poles and waterproof mountain boots to make the most of your hike.
