She offers you to live an Afghan walking experience. You will be invited to recharge your batteries while progressing quietly in a snowy environment. Small sequences of relaxation will allow you to regenerate yourself while evolving in the heart of Winter to discover the traces of sleeping animals and flora.

Also try cold yoga, inspired by Tibetan practices. You will practice snowshoe yoga postures. You will learn to focus on your breath despite the cold!
