L'Atelier Donat is one of the great stories of Magland. Artist and craftsman, Dimitri Donat Magnin shapes trumpet mouthpieces in his workshop. Trumpeter since he was 7 years old, he made his childhood dream come true: to passionately combine his profession and his art.
A true goldsmith, the Donat Magnin company has come to dust off the design of the mouthpiece.
Without going faster than music, Dimitri was inspired by the precious advice of the world's greatest trumpeters such as Erik Truffaz, Ibrahim Maalouf or Ambrose Akinmusire.
These immense artists trust him and today exercise their art thanks to Donat mouthpieces.
