Chloé Dufour recently took over a local brand that is particularly close to her heart. Born from a beautiful family history and a strong attachment to the region, this Savoyard adventure continues today, blending tradition and passion. Chloé is proudly moving forward to make this project shine… and a surprise is coming soon to Scionzier!
My name is Chloé Dufour, I am 30 years old and I come from the Arve Valley. I am originally from here: I grew up in Scionzier and I took over the management of Fondu de Savoie a little over a year ago.
When the Savoys melt hearts
Fondu de Savoie is a brand that was created by my dad in 2017. Basically, he's in love with Savoy; he adores this region, just like my grandfather. So he wanted to create a brand that would celebrate Savoy. With his friend Dédé, my mom, my brother, and me, we sat down around a table… and that's how Fondu de Savoie was born.
Made in the Arve Valley
The family aspect is very important to us. I am 100% Savoyard: both my parents are from here, "purebred", which means I am very attached to this territory.
